For over 50 years the Structural Awards have showcased the world's finest engineering achievements and are the biggest awards of their kind. Submissions for the 2023 Awards are now open.

With last year’s successful change of direction to focus on the Planet, People, Process and Profession (4Ps) of structural engineering, it’s clear that the profession is responding to the challenges of climate change and fantastic projects were submitted.

The move towards efficiency of design, sustainability, regeneration and circular economy principles - all United Nations Sustainable Development Goals - drew entries from practices of different sizes and specialisms; including many that had never entered the Awards before.

Judging in 2023 will again focus on the ‘4Ps’ of structural engineering, and we look forward to welcoming projects from practices big and small that put these criteria front and centre in their work.
