David is a Chartered Civil Engineer, a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner and the Director of Heightsayfe Ltd. Previously he has been the HM Principal Specialist Inspector of Health and Safety (Construction) at HSE.

Chris Bennion, Chris Bennion Consultancy Ltd

Chris has 45 years’ construction industry experience, exclusively in the Temporary Works sector, heading several engineering teams. He is a member of the Temporary Works Forum, contributing to output of various sub-committees.

James McFarlane, Structural Engineer at Laing O’Rourke

James is a Chartered Structural and Civil Engineer, and a member of Laing O’Rourke’s in-house temporary works design team. He is a presenter on inhouse temporary works course on a variety of subjects.
