Research Panel

Our Research Panel supports outstanding research through grant giving and by supporting our annual Young Researchers Conference.

The panel administers our Research Fund.

It oversees the Research Award, MSc Research Grant and Undergraduate Research Grant and develops initiatives to attract young people into research careers.

Structure:
  • Chairman
  • Up to 14 other members
  • Representative of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC)
  • Corresponding members

Get involved:

As a member you will attend four meetings a year and have full access to all related documents. You will undertake some work between meetings.

Participating in the panel is a great way to contribute to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

We invite expressions of interest in panel membership each September, contacting all members except Student Members.

Contact the panel if you have questions about their work.
